indexcheck.net allows registered users to check whether URLs are indexed by Google. To use this service, users must create an account with their email address and purchase credits. One credit allows checking one URL.

3. Paid Services

• Checking URLs requires purchasing credits
• 1 credit = 1 URL check
• Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy
• No refunds are provided once credits are used

You are responsible for uploading correct URLs. No refunds can be given for checks done on malformed URLs.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Automated or excessive requests that overload the system.
• Using the service for illegal or unethical activities.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or manipulate results.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees.
• No liability arises from any damages resulting from the use of this service.

6. Account Deletion

Account deletion can be requested by contacting support. Once deleted, all associated data, including remaining credits, will be permanently lost."

7. Changes to Terms

The right to update these Terms of Service at any time is reserved. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
